The upgrade should take approximately 30 seconds to 1-minute during a DNS propagation in which case the system will be unavailable. Any jobs running at that time will fail and need to be rerun after the DNS propagation is complete. We don't anticipate it to take any longer than prescribed. If there is an issue during the upgrade and we need to revert the system back to a steady state it will take approximately 1.5 hours
